Design Process
UX Design is a fluid process that revolves around questioning and testing different hypotheses to find the solution that pleases both the product users and the stakeholders. My philosophy is Ask Questions and Test-Test-Test! Discover the goals, needs, and pain points. Talk to stakeholders to understand their business objectives. Knowing the users will provide innovative solutions that enhance the user experience while also aligning with business goals.

Let me introduce myself - Tamara Garland - an empathetic UX Researcher at your service. I am the proud parent of two and a quarter. The quarter being a very sweet, spoiled rabbit that we adopted from our local animal shelter.
Why am I into UX Research you ask (or didn't, but I will answer anyway)? Because I am intrigued with how people think, make decisions, what triggers a person to choose option A as opposed to option B. Delving into the mindset of users and creating a product, app or site that caters to those insights is the butter to my bread.
